At Hizo, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our items and to maintain high standards of hygiene and product integrity, we offer a limited 14-day return window for eligible returns.
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged or faulty.
You received the wrong item.
You have changed your mind (within 14 days only, and only if the product is unused and unopened).
Note: We do not accept returns under any circumstances after 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items that appear used, tampered with, or improperly packaged will be rejected and not refunded.
All returns must include:
A completed and printed Return Form attached in a visible place on the package.
Returns sent without these requirements will be refused and discarded.
Customers must return items using a tracked courier service and provide tracking number for us. Returns sent without a tracking number and without providing it to us may be rejected by our warehouse. To avoid any issues, please use registered mail or another shipping method that provides tracking.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@hizoknives.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your full name
Order number
Description of the issue or reason for return
If approved, we will issue your Return Form.
Step 2: Pack and Ship
Attach Return Form in a visible place on the package and ship to:

You must use a tracked courier and provide tracking number via email. Returns without tracking or without providing us the tracking number will not be accepted.
Step 3: Inspection and Refund
Once received and inspected (usually within 7–14 days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days under any circumstance.
Refunds will cover only the cost of the product. Original or express shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we are at fault.
Returns failing to meet the above conditions will be rejected without refund.
